STUDENT ENROLMENT PROCEDURE
ALL students collect a blank enrolment form from the information
tables, please be sure to complete both sides of the form.
Enrolment:
Thursday September 6th 6pm-8pm,in the hall, Guiseley School

Check time amendments with syllabus before seeing the appropriate teacher.

Go to relevant class teacher to reserve a place, fill in class details on
the form and your teacher will initial a place. You can not pay for a place
without the teachers initials.

Fee waivers must see Head of Centre before paying membership fee.

This year's OFFERS:

Anyone paying for a tuition class gets 1/3 off one ensemble!!

Families get one class free (the lowest cost class) for each 4th
and subsequent family member.

Membership remains fixed at £10.00 per student with a maximum of £30.00
per family.

Children’s Ensembles and classes for young children work out at £1.50 per
hour!! Adult Ensemble classes work out at £3.00 per hour!!

Clym offers at back of syllabus.

Go to pay relevant registrar, cash or cheque. Please note visa
payments can not be accepted this year due to lack of chip & pin facility.

Please retain receipt and bring it with you to your
first class.
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the times published are correct
all times are subject to change if insufficient students enroll into a class or
teachers need to reschedule.
