It is much easier and more reliable to contacting me by e-mailing me direct.   If (when?) I don't know the answer, I'd hope at least to point you to something that looks useful on another web-site.   BUT .  .  .

• I get huge amounts of spam - so even though I check my e-mail regularly, I do make mistakes with my spam filtering; if you don't get a reply within 2-3 days, please feel free to e-mail me again.
• And a clear subject heading (eg "Bugs eating my cabbages") will help me spot your e-mail among the dozens (or even hundreds!) of spam garbage.
  
• And there's a problem - one e-mail-question-and-answer might be of use to lots of people!   Once my house move is finally sorted, I'll work on creating a Q&A resource page.

Or visit some of the Forums listed here.   Browse the wealth of advice available - from people with much more experience of growing vegetables than I have.   Better still - join one or more of the forums?   If you've come so far reading this, then I suspect you probably have a lot of knowledge and experience to offer other allotment growers!
